Lush, thick and deeply concentrated the palate is hit with cascading waves of rich black plum, blackberry, liquorice and black cherry fruits. Flowing onto the long epic finish are complexing elements of smoky vanillin cedar, scorched earth, fennel and pepper. A robust tannin structure is for the most part concealed by the sheer volume of fruit.
