This website is operated by Bottle Mates. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bottle Mates. Bottle Mates offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

1. ALCOHOL COMPLIANCE (18+)

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. Bottle Mates strictly adheres to Australian Liquor Laws and the Victorian Liquor Control Reform Act 1998. Under Australian law, it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years. It is also an offence for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor.

Verification: We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect the user is under the age of 18 or if a valid ID cannot be produced upon delivery.

2. USER ACCOUNTS

If you create an account on the website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. You must immediately notify Bottle Mates of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

3. PRICING & PRODUCT ERRORS

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund to the customer.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall Bottle Mates, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind resulting from your use of the service or products procured using the service.

5. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
