Produced through careful maturation in select first-fill oak casks, our TWENTY ONE YEAR OLD single malt boasts delightful notes of Sherry. Subtle hints of spice, Seville orange, and raspberry are followed by a smooth and smoky finish. The maturation process involved a blend of first fill ex-Bourbon and first fill ex-Sherry casks, resulting in a rich and lightly smoky flavor. Tasting notes include sweet aromas of Sherry with underlying citrus, ginger, and oak, accompanied by a touch of smoke. The palate offers a sweet start with cracked black pepper, leading into flavors of Seville orange, raspberry, and baked apple. The finish is characterized by charred oak and a gentle presence of smoke.
