This light and fruity Cienna is best served chilled and pairs well with crushed meringue and fresh mixed berries with a raspberry coulis. Hailing from the Victoria wine region, its 8.5% ABV ruby red color is accompanied by aromas of fresh red berry fruit and a trace of spice. On the palate, it is sweet and juicy with a refreshing light bubble on the finish, thanks to no oak treatment and bottling soon after fermentation.
