The third of just seven men to have filled in as Master Distiller is Lemuel "Lem" Tolley. As Mr Jack's grandnephew, Lem conveyed an assurance to proceed with the custom of making Jack Daniel's with the consistency of those before him. Tasting Note\nNose: Quite light and smooth with a lot of sweetness. Insights of dry flavour and slick nuts, a dash of smoke.\nSense of taste: Smooth and delicate with notes of banana milkshake, a blended nut take note of, a bit of caramel with crème anglaise.\nComplete Finnish: A little grain sweetness and toasty oak.
