The 23rd Street Distillery Single Malt Australian Whisky 700mL is the first all-Australian whisky from our distillery. We've been waiting for this one for a while, and we're proud to finally share it with you.

This single malt whisky is made with malted barley sourced from southern Queensland, so you know it's going to be pure and delicious. After malting and fermentation, it's distilled in copper pots then set down in ex-bourbon barrels to age gracefully. The warm Riverland climate has helped accelerate maturation and develop excellent character. It is naturally pure, non-chill filtered, and we think it's just about perfect!
