Beresford Estate Shiraz features a sweet dark berry fruit taste with subtle hints of vanillan oak, redskin fruits, and savoury earth notes. A thick, sweet entry commands the palate, accented by vibrant and spicy mulberry and blackberry fruit flavors. Sourced from the vineyard at Beresford Estate in the cool sub-region of Blewitt Springs, the grapes were harvested in separate parcels based on flavor and tannin ripeness. The efforts of the passionate vineyard staff enabled us to ferment the parcels separately in our two and four tonne open fermenters.
