Beresford Mclaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon 750ML

Grapes harvested from the cool sub-region of Blewitt Springs in the Beresford Estate Vineyard were carefully chosen based on their color and flavor development. Fermentation occurred over 7-10 days at approximately 24 degrees. 20% of the blend received 14 months of maturation in seasoned American oak hogsheads, with 10% maturing in new 3 year seasoned French oak. This combination provides subtle notes of blackcurrant, violet, raspberry, plum, cherry and a hint of spice.
