Pale straw with a hint of green. Early picked peach and melon flavors are bright and tightly packed, leading to a full-bodied palate and a crisp, refreshing finish with subtle oak undertones. This wine was fermented at a cool temperature for two weeks, and selected parcels were fermented with French oak. The wines were then aged on fine yeast lees for three months to enhance the weight of the palate.
