Jericho Adelaide Hills Rose 2022 750ml

This wine's pale salmon pink color may seem delicate, but its complex flavor and texture speak otherwise. The use of Pinot Noir brings out fresh strawberry and rose petal notes, while Pinot Gris adds savory undertones and weight to the palate.

After arriving cold at the winery, two parcels of fruit were pressed after 4 hours on skins to achieve the desired light pink hue. The resulting batches were then individually fermented in stainless steel and skillfully blended to create a well-balanced and precisely crafted Rosé wine.

The Pinot Noir used in this wine is sourced from a renowned vineyard in the central Adelaide Hills, known for its rocky soils and low yielding vines. Our Pinot Gris comes from the northern end of the Hills, in the valley of Forreston where the long wet winters and warm growing season produce perfectly balanced fruit.

For a delectable food pairing, we recommend trying this delicate and savory Rosé with a roasted beetroot and goats cheese salad, topped with fresh mint and dill.
