Second in a limited series comes the Para 50 II — a luxuriously smoky single malt handcrafted at our Coal Valley Distillery. Finished in Vintage Seppeltsfield Para Tawny Casks holding 50 years of history, it's incomparable in decadence and complexity.

Tasting Notes

Nose

Warming notes of sweet caramel and soft vanilla dance with dark fruits and earthy campfire smoke.

Palate

Smoky, sticky caramel and candied orange peel poured over vanilla ice cream, all atop a deeply unctuous Black Forest Cake, rippled with cherry and cream.

Finish

Long, rich and wonderfully complex, this is one to sip and ponder.
