Crafted in small batches from local molasses and spring water, this rum is then double-distilled in alembic copper pot stills and aged for three years in barrels sourced from top distilleries, including Jack Daniels, Heaven Hill, and Wild Turkey.

Offering a unique nose of soft vanillin, butterscotch, and seamless corn mash with a light citrus edge. On the palate, enjoy faint spices, honey, and vanilla, followed by a canvas of deep confectionery sugar and culminates in a bourbon-corn and green vegetal finish.
